About Dr. M. Teri Daunter
Dr. M. Teri Daunter is a psychologist, author, speaker, and lifelong student of human consciousness who has spent more than four decades helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and meaning.
Born in Malta, Europe which shaped the first ten years of her life and now practicing in Northern Michigan, Dr. Daunter brings together a rare combination of clinical expertise, behavioral medicine, nutrition, and advanced studies in quantum medicine. Her professional journey has always been guided by a simple yet profound question: What allows human beings not merely to survive, but to truly thrive?
Over the course of her career, Dr. Daunter has conducted more than 60,000 clinical sessions, witnessing firsthand the remarkable capacity of individuals to heal, grow, and transform. While grounded in evidence-based psychology, her work also explores the deeper dimensions of human experience—consciousness, perception, purpose, and the often-overlooked connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Throughout her career, she has remained deeply interested in the intersection of psychology, consciousness, healing, and human potential—not merely as academic pursuits, but as living realities that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.
Dr. Daunter holds doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology and Quantum Medicine and has devoted her life to understanding both the science of human behavior and the deeper questions surrounding awareness, healing, and transformation.
She is the author of The Quantum Life: There Is a Better Way to Live, an internationally recognized and award-winning book that explores consciousness, personal growth, and the untapped potential of human experience. The book has received multiple honors, including recognition from the Montaigne Medal, the Eric Hoffer Awards, and the Nautilus Book Awards.
A dedicated meditator for more than 40 years, Dr. Daunter believes that lasting transformation begins not with changing the world around us, but with changing the observer within. This philosophy informs both her clinical work and her teaching, inviting individuals to cultivate greater awareness, presence, and self-understanding.
Today, Dr. Daunter continues to maintain a private practice, mentor emerging practitioners, contribute to professional and medical forums, speak internationally, and share a message that has become the cornerstone of her life's work:
There is a better way to live.

A Personal Reflection
"After more than forty years in practice, I have come to believe that healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we have always been. My work is dedicated to helping others reconnect with that deeper truth within themselves. Therefore, I encourage you that before you enter the world each morning, enter Silence.”
