We SEE with our LIVER

Most people believe they see with their eyes. Yet they don't. The eyes merely gather light. The brain interprets it. And the quality of that interpretation is profoundly influenced by the health of the body.
A congested liver alters inflammation, blood sugar regulation, hormone metabolism, detoxification, and the chemistry bathing the brain. When brain chemistry changes, perception changes. We don't simply think differently. We experience life differently. Fatigue feels like discouragement. Mental fog masquerades as poor concentration. Irritability is mistaken for personality. Hopelessness may be amplified by physiology rather than by circumstances alone.
The liver is not just processing toxins. It is helping determine the lens through which you experience your world. This is why true healing cannot stop with the mind. Nor can it stop with the body. The human experience emerges from the continual conversation between biology, consciousness, and awareness. Change the physiology... and often the world itself begins to look different.
Perhaps we have been asking the wrong question all along. Instead of asking, "Why do I see life this way?" Perhaps we should also ask, "What within my body is influencing the way I see?"
