Consciousness Disguised as YOU

Consciousness is the Ocean.   YOU are the wave.

Consciousness is the Mountain.  YOU are the rock.

Wave and rock have the same essence from which they originated

So in essence YOU are the Ocean.  You are the Mountain.

YOU ARE Consciousness!  Consciousness disguised as YOU!

Your existence is determined not by your substance (wave and rock) but by your essence (Ocean and Mountain).  The rest of life is to get fully reintegrated with the Ocean and the Mountain.  To get back to your SOURCE.  To get back to your Essence - the Ocean and the Mountain (Consciousness/God)!   What separates you from Source is “the desire to receive for self alone” as the ancient texts so well define our separateness.  Life is inclusive not exclusive.  Even the Blue Zone research clearly reflected that the most important behavior for our general health is inclusion/community and not whether we eat vegan, vegetarian or carnivore food as they expected to find.  Our elders knew this intuitively as a very bright 24-year old client told me this past week that his Italian Nana drummed into him that “you are defined by what you do for other people”!   Always ask yourself therefore if what you are doing and saying helping you to merge back with the Ocean.  Are you doing what is necessary to reintegrate with the Mountain.  Are you becoming more like your Essence – like God? – like Consciousness?  Am I Consciousness yet – Consciousness with a capital C!

Stop being opaque because comfort kills.   Get rid of the walls you have built and  let the Bulldozer take you through the walls to the Oasis.  Remember what you came here to do.   You are too full of sunshine to stay in the shade for too long!  Don’t let your heart be misguided any longer or you will be in a maximum security prison without knowing it.  The longer you stay there, the less likely you will leave that prison but you will manage to deceive yourself that you have escaped.  The only solution is to recognize that YOU are Consciousness in disguise.  Have you become Consciousness yet?  Am I Consciousness yet?  Only question you ever need to ask.

Our DNA contains our Creator energy (Consciousness/God).  God is not some anthropomorphic being sitting on a throne waiting to pounce on you or rescue you.  God is in your trillion of DNA cells.  YOU are God.  You are Consciousness.   Consciousness disguised as YOU!  You are a vessel of God called human being.   Don’t underperform!   You are God and NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU.   Because what you are looking for externally is already within your.  Go inward.  The voice and tenor of your life are dependent on how well you listen to your inner Silence.  Go inward and listen to your Silence.  Dance with your Silence.  Be your Silence.Your DNA is Quantum.  Quantum is multidimensional.  Quantum is the minimum unit of matter that is in a constant transfer process.  Always changing always evolving.  Your trillion DNA are surrounded by this multidimensional field.  The multidimensional field is Consciouness at different vibrational levels.  This is not fruit loops new age.  This is Quantum Physics at its best.  Newtonian physics had erroneously informed us that only 3% of our DNA is biological.  The other 97% was “junk” DNA.  This “junk” DNA is Quantum DNA waiting for your instructions to do your bidding.  So talk to your DNA.  Talk to your Consciousness at the many different levels.  It provides you infinite possibilities.

If your thoughts and behaviors are not helping you merge toward Consciousness, toward the Ocean and the Mountain, something needs to change.  Life is like an echo, you get back what you put into it.  Therefore, ultimately ALL behaviors come back to the person who originated them.
